All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Mob-Mart is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.

It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Mob-Mart will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Mob-Mart is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning you can return it and we will cover the shipping. You will need to return it in the condition that you received it in. This refund is valid within 1 year of purchasing. Email us at [email protected] for more details.

If you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it for a full refund. You just have to tell us within 30 days of receiving your product.
